i have to move my clematis (1.5m tall) this weekend, no choice re: construction, it's in full bloom - please give tips so i do the least damage to the plant

Transplant Clematis in Bloom...?
Have the new hole already dug and be sure to water well.
The plant may have some transplant shock, but should be ok.
Clematis seem to be pretty sturdy.
